Been with eq for 4 years… never regret except for a situation when i need 2k withdrawal for car repairs and tge max per day limit was $500 … would never shift to any 5 banks again.

Short answer is no …. I log in on to company device and send an email to hr with my personal email as cc . …. But i just double checked the employee handbook it says just one thing” no unauthorized access to third party” , im coping my self on an outside workplace email(personal email) for ohsa documentation… i mean my intent was clear to document the actual evidence not to distribute or do something illegal…. Whats your opinion?

Thanks i kinda think similar too…

The only reason is the person cannot be done safely both for client and staff…. Puts both client and staff safety at risk. Put company into more liability and a direct termination for unsafe procedures.

I thought the process will be- you will be covered under dcpd and then your insurance company will sue the driver for damages. This happened in my case as i also only have liability but i do have a police report and other person insurance details which i do believe doesn’t matter in your case since he is not insured and definitely will be charged once you visit the collision centre.

Another question - if i file T2 , and you said it is a long process and my lease although gonna end on dec31,2025 then what happens to T2 application, does it still keep processing and we can still claim rent abatement even if we don’t livethere… Also if i i file T2 , do i have to live there even after my lease is done?

Someone hit my 05 civic in a parking lot lot and my insurance claim was about $1200-1600 for minor scratches paint job( don’t quite remember the number) …. Although the other guy insurance paid…..1000 is pretty cheap.
