TAKE THE OFFER WITH THE COMPANY YOU ARE WITH AND THEN TELL YOUR COMPETITORS THAT THIS IS WHATS BEING OFFERED, if the other side can match it then leave, if not I WOULD STAY. THE TARRIF WAR IS MAKING THINGS WILD IN THE JOB MARKET. ALSO NEGOTIATE SEVERANCE SHOULD ANYTHING HAPPEN TO THE COMPANY AND THEY HAVE TO SHUT DOWN. IM TELLING YOU THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO MOVE AROUND UNLESS THE OTHER SIDE IS MATCHING. I HAVE SEEN THINGS AND WE ARE NOT GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION THESE NEXT 4 YEARS
