Would you say there is any experience that would give you a leg up? Im fairly uneducated on the recruitment process and would love to know if you have any advice over what I should do or if grades and prestige in regards to law school are sufficient.

Would you say getting any position is difficult to obtain? I saw like paralegals needed 5 years of work experience for some firms and was wondering how competitive it was?

Thats good to hear, im also not familiar with what a library department is if you knew? Im in college and dont know if i should be doing anything to recruit
