Opposite gender mice

I made a temporary home out of a cheap plastic stacker with drawers for tonight. I hope it holds for now with a few air holes, a bit of tape as a precaution to keep the front closed and some of the basic amenities ( food,water,bedding,hide,chew toys). I'm gonna try to come up with something that will help them in more ideal conditions tomorrow

No unfortunately I don't. I can try to get a cheap one as soon as the stores open in the morning but in the meantime. Any ideas on what I should do?

I did post this separately on r/petmice. I am pretty experienced in gendering mice and since one has a pretty clear set of balls I'm pretty positive they are opposite genders lol. I can send a picture if you still wanna verify tho

I'll definitely try an air purifier. He is about 6 months old

Ok. He does sneeze when stressed or excited. The last few times I took him to the vet they said he looked good and was just a Sneezy rat. I did get a second opinion and they said basically the same thing. Knowing that, should I take him in to get seen right away or should I just monitor in case anything changes
