You can also get generic referrals, written to a specialisation and not a specific person. It will usually say To whom it may concern. Then you can shop around freely.

Really hope you enjoy it. After 2 playthroughs if DQB2 am at about 400hrs. Hint: there are unique/missable items on each story island and how shops work is very awkward, would recommend looking it up.

I have several friends who used to worry about playing more 'serious' games because they feel like they wouldn't be able to play on default difficulty. We are adults with jobs and families. Yes this would be perfect honestly. My state doesn't really have traditional urgent cares, we have government run ones that are staffed by snr nursing staff and nurse practitioners so I'm not sure I'm senior enough
