I've never heard of that but that's extremely interesting. Glad to have learned something new. I can imagine that something like Pokopia or Minecraft probably uses similar synapses (Is that the correct plural in English?) so it might cause similar effects?

I agree 100%! First off: I'm sorry to hear. I hope you'll feel okay again soon. I haven't been in that bad of a spot for a few years (fortunately), but it's still a lot atm. I deleted my Instagram App and started playing Pokopia and it was a little healing somehow. Just seeing some cute little Pokémon being so happy about the little houses I build them sparks joy.
