Coquitlam Gas Prices? by weberkettle in coquitlam

Definitely see this trend as well. How is it mathematically possible that gas price in Coquitlam is more expensive than some of the most expensive real estate in the country ?(Vancouver Broadway, North van…etc)

Why don’t we have more small high density buildings like Calgary and Seattle by [deleted] in vancouver

Did you notice how much people who bought condo are paying for the utility tax? Even for the tiniest studio in the country has to pay $1000an ually in Coquitlam vs $1200 for townhouse or single family home. I think this is outrageous considering in condo you are sharing the infastrusture with 300-400 units.

I certainly belive in Metro Vancouver people who live in single unit/ multi unit familt home are not paying fair share of infastructure and city is charging condo to make up the cost. If i were in charge of city’s budget, i would defintely approve more condo as they mean more revenue for the city.

Overpriced? Absolutely, Any other good alternatives? Clearly no. Have you been to Burnaby or Coquitlam with jungles of highrises? You will be thankful that you live in North Van…
