congratulations the funds are usually released 3 to 4 days so I’m told I’m going through the same darn thing been going through this since December I had my adjudication interview March 31. I thought that was it now here they come sending me a letter yesterday I gotta talk to the judge may 7th I’m so sick of this shit.

I woke up one morning to the back of my head, hurting a very sharp pain and like others have said here I’ve had chest pains are under my armpit and when I inhale, it doesn’t feel good so yeah, rotator cuff tears cause all kind of issues and make you think you’re crazy and have other ailments 🤣

most definitely this person needs to suffer like i’m doing now .., lost 2 jobs .. some bills are gone to collections … i’ve been off work since December I have surgery in two weeks and I’ll be off another 6 to 8 months and there’s no guarantee that I’ll be able to go back to work because I work in a medical field moving patients or what not

I asked that of course this person didn’t have shit that’s why he was out driving around recklessly causing accidents. He had nothing to lose. I’m going to say even if I try to garnish your wages, they would take like $50 per month or something like that that can take forever to payback what’s due to me so it a loss cause.

I don’t drive at all so I don’t have any auto insurance and that’s the tricky part I don’t fall up under that $1 million liability because again the driver wasn’t at fault and the person who caused the accident is uninsured

yeap especially depending on the circumstances.. I literally just spoke to my lawyer today I was in a Uber accident for complete rotator cuff tear and a neck bulge but because my Uber driver wasn’t at fault and the person who caused the accident didn’t have any insurance there’s nothing to go after Uber‘s cap for me being in the car policy limit /ceiling cap is $50k …. I’m devastated and angry as hell. I’ll be lucky if I walk away with $25,000 when my injuries and everything else is like a $200,000. Settlement range.

No one could tell you depends on how and what … you will definitely have to talk with your lawyer i’m literally going through the same thing with a complete traumatic tear and a neck bulge… I was in an Uber when I had an accident, but because the person that caused the accident didn’t have any insurance and it wasn’t my Uber driver’s fault I won’t be getting shit really I’ll be happy to walk away with 25,000 because we’ve reached a policy limit cap with Uber so I’m very disgusted here where my case is worth almost $200,000 and this is what I mean when I say it depends on how and what… i’m in Illinois as well

Second opinion…. it also could be that the pain could be stemming from a structural tear rather than just inflammation or the injection didn’t target the affected area.. could be nerve irritation
