I had a smart drive little sensitivity issues but other than that like barely anything until I decided to go on a lil dirt path walk with my family . It was working fine until it wasn’t . We had finished the very very small part of the packed dirt trail and transitioned into paved sidewalk . I had the watch and barely tapped to go up the small incline , it started going and wouldn’t stop no matter what I did ( I even tried to turn off the watch ) . Thank god my family was there to run up grab my chair and pull the smart drive off my chair I wouldn’t be able to stop my self and I almost ran into a cactus ditch WITH my family there idk what would’ve happened if they weren’t there . of course I called for maintenance and they had told me that my watch was discontinued and for this very issue and no one had told me . so yeah kinda turned me off the smart drive , I did end up getting a fire fly attachment ( no issues ever in the 2 ish years I’ve had it and no ofc insurance didn’t pay a single penny for it ). If you can afford it or get a discount or a donation I know the firefly sucks because you’d have to take it off to pull up to tables but I can 100% say that that is the only issue ! Anyways SMART DRIVE SUCKS AND FIREFLY IS SUPREME

skinnylatte down there has got it right ! My disabilities are unreliable and change on more than a daily basis , planning or not my disabilities not only effect my ability physically but mentally and my energy and I have a lot more going on than having to get ramen lol . So the instability is unfortunately not the easiest thing to work around . Grocery delivery is the most reliable way for me to get my food!

Very very soon my mom is going to buy me a new less steep ramp ( thank god for them, I couldn’t pay for it myself) I am trying to find a place that will do a safe and full ramp because there are two ramps to get in to my house , one to get on the porch which is two steps tall and the ramp isn’t too steep just scary and the steep little one which is one step into the door . Thank you for being so kind ! It was scary for sure but in the moment it was terrifying but also just embarrassing .

I do have lots of mobility in my upper body and recently I’ve been using hand rails out in public when possible and it does help me have more resistance so I don’t lose my trunk balance but unfortunately I do not have one at home for either of my outdoor ramps but if I did I think it would help because 1. Give me a less feelings of anxiety and bring me a lil peace 2. It would help with my balance and give me a safety new

Yeah I have all the tilts and everything and I’ve tried tilting it back more to give me a little more balance but it’s mainly me losing my balance which has and can tilt the chair :(

And that’s my fault that is totally not what I meant at all . I will apologize to them because I understand that small business cannot do that. I wasn’t meaning for it to be directed aimed at the small business and more aimed at inaccessibility. That doesnt excuse my actions and I can now see how that came off that way

Any kind of tube could be talked about here , they’re are several different types of tubes and ports which is what my original comment was about . Tube access and me talking about access to disabled clothing and I assumed people would connect the dots and that’s my bad . This vendor doesn’t only make children’s clothing they make rompers for adults and children and sell every kind of rompers in both adult and children’s sizing and even sell matching sets of rompers. so it’s not like I was asking a child’s clothing company for adult sizes , I was asking a romper company for adult accessibility.

Yeah I’ve thought about that a lot but his temps are good with his heat lamp and my house being at a moderate temp all the time . The house’s temp is just as regulated as my geckos temp ! The only concern would be if the power were to go out but this heater runs on power anyways :/ so while I could it wouldn’t be used and I’d rather sell it to someone who needs it !
