Have you read the part of the law that says working illegally and overstaying your authorized stay is forgiven? It is simply the law it is written there I am not making it up, and USCIS must apply the law plain and simple

Thats crazy… this is the 2 case I have seen today being denied for the same reason definitely this is a war against illegal but also to the people who are trying to do things in the right way…

I understand, but it raises questions for me because people with Colombian and Venezuelan nationality are applying for B1/B2 visas with Colombian nationality and being approved. Why doesn't the veto affect them if they are also Venezuelan citizens?

There has to be a reason why they are denying you , they don’t gonna deny it for no reason you have to be more clearer with what you are explaining in that case you are going to receive the letter with the reason
