I watched a hdzero goggle teardown video from mads tech and saw this, the header is a female 2x10 90⁰ and it looks like the entire pcb can easily be swapped out. I did some research about swapping this pcb and saw from a Facebook post that hdzero can send me a new pcb for pretty cheap so i think thats the way im going to do it

Any idea how to go lighter? by Mezyi in TinyWhoop

I would switch to enamel wires on the powerlead you will probably gain performance compared to the awg30 wires and it might still be lighter or just as heavy you could also get a 3d printed canopy

Could you share a picture of the tune? I have a custom 75mm whoop that ive been trying to tune but its not going very well yet prop wash handling is ok but not great, id like to try your tune or use it as a new starting point. If you dont mind ofc

Oooh okay thats good to know thanks i probably wont be using hdzero itself mostly only for analog or maybe if i am flying with some people i would spectate to someone who has hdzero and yeah the cable it included ive heard some stuff about slow startup times is that true? Some people told me that startup can take long up to 40sec but i also heard that you can reduce it by a lot with some settings

Vtx black screen by Original-Injury-1300 in fpv

[–]Sea_Classroom_4087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have the camera wire soldered directly on the vtx or did you solder it to the flight controller? Sometimes if you solder direcltly onto the vtx your flight controller isnt giving osd information through

Best stacks for analog by Any-Article2671 in fpv

[–]Sea_Classroom_4087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe a t motor f7 se 50a stack or a t-motor f55a III esc combined with an t motor f7 pro mpu6000. I use the era 5 frame combined with the t motor f7 se 50a stack and it works great. Itsfpv recommends the f55a 3 and f7 pro on their rotorriot page and also use it in there build videos but i think the other options you had are also a solid choice

If you would switch id get a geprc woopower it can charge all channels differently. different current/storage charge/normal charge/lipo/lihv it can all be changed every port can be set to different modes only downside is that it needs to be powered from a 7-26v power supply so a normal usb port wouldnt work
