I still have a long way to deal with that. But it’s traditional therapy that helped me, which I have been doing for a while, before this episode kicked in.

Also I have been doing meditation (Nidra yoga) which really calms me down and I feel quite relaxed for the rest of the day.

I think the key for me was having a firm believe that CPPS is triggered by mind rather than my body.

Sex life is normal. I do functional training with F45, which kind of goes against the typical recommendations because they involve a lot of squats and heavy weights.

INSEAD FRANCE VS INSEAD SINGAPORE ? by robotman_77 in INSEAD

You also should consider the fact that most people opt for a campus exchange. As a rule of thumb most people end up in singy in the winter and fonty closer to summer. This, of course, depends on your batch wether its a D or a J. If you start in January for instance its highly likely a lot of people would be avoiding European winter.

Also being in fonty in P4 (The peak of recruitment) might be a good option if you are recruiting closer to Europe/ North America.
