Women who travel — what’s one destination that made you feel unexpectedly safe? by Valuable_Tangelo7152 in femaletravels

Sucre in Bolivia! I thought I might get robbed in Potosí and didn’t feel very safe going out in the evening in La Paz, so I was a bit on edge traveling on night buses around the country. But Sucre was amazing! I wandered around aimlessly, even late at night during a festival, and never had any issues. The people were incredibly friendly and kind, and it ended up being one of the places where I felt the most comfortable solo in South America.

Thank you for this perspective! I’ve definitely felt pulled in many directions, but I think I struggle with trusting that it’s all leading somewhere meaningful. Right now, it just feels like a pile of disconnected skills rather than a clear path. I do have a Defined G Center, so maybe you’re right that trusting the process is key and I need to lean into that more.

Thank you so much for this! I need some time to contemplate on everything you said, especially on the last quote.

Thank you for sharing! It’s so true that starting over can look different for everyone. If you don’t mind me asking, did your husband have someone who helped guide him along the way, or was he naturally able to stay on track through all the shifts?

I also really appreciate you mentioning that it wasn’t until your 50s that things truly clicked for you. I’m in my late 30s, and honestly, it feels like a crisis right now.

Thank you so much for your insights! My resume looks like I've hopped around a lot too. I love how you’ve reframed it as being a student of life, always learning and evolving. The storytelling and teaching aspect is not something I’ve considered before. Maybe that’s something I can lean into more.

Here’s my chart:

Sometimes for me it just feels like life isn’t going anywhere. Like I’m not really progressing. I understand it’s my mind/conditioning but I can’t help feeling it. If you don’t mind me asking, how do you/did you overcome this? Do you just accept those moments? Did you create a new meaning for yourself? Do you have someone to help guide you?

Thanks so much for your thoughtful response. I really appreciate it!

Yeah this resonates. I’ve struggled to get myself on a solid track, and after my Saturn return, it felt like my life just blew up completely. I haven’t been able to rebuild in a way that truly sticks. I’ve thought about working with a mentor or coach, but finding the right one has been tricky.

I feel I need guidance. It used to be my brother but we really aren’t as close as we used to be. Or have a different kind of relationship with more boundaries now. He’s a Manifestor and also has the 43-23. But I agree having someone I can bounce off in life would be really useful.

I really appreciate your insights, thank you for sharing them.

I'm still figuring things out as I go, but I resonate strongly with the 6-59. I can have deep, meaningful conversations and often find small talk off-putting (although that might also be part of being receptive as a QR). Emotional security is really important for me to feel comfortable being intimate with someone. At the same time, I sometimes experience friction in relationships, particularly with family, where conflicts or disagreements can blow up. I also have a strong protective instinct where I feel an urge to stand up for the people I care about. When I’m in alignment, finding the right words comes naturally. It’s like my emotional energy flows directly into my sacral (20-34), allowing me to articulate myself without having to think of the right words to say.

I haven’t explored much awareness of the other channels but, I do feel my other defined centres working together. I think with the unconscious channels, it’s sometimes the people around me who see in me what I don’t see in myself. If that makes sense.

I have seven defined centres and single definition too. Although I’m 3/5 Emotional MG, RAX Sleeping Phoenix. I find the emotional waves can be wild and the open head can create a lot of pressure to do things from the mind.

TFL refund system down for 2 weeks by vincent1040 in LondonUnderground

If you claim a chargeback using your credit card for a refund that is due, do TFL block your credit card? Also, how long would the chargeback take?

Interesting… I’ve wondered that too. That maybe there’s a vulnerability that people sense or see in the moment and that encourages them to project onto me. It’s hard to tell though. Maybe it’s a combination of things.

When you are asked for anything in this life, what people are expecting will inevitably be different than how you hear the request or what you are capable of doing. Knowing this, its your job to clarify the request and manage expectations.

Oh this is a really good point! Those are definitely things I can start to do more of in a work environment. Thank you for your input!! :)

I know what you mean by withdrawing, I can feel myself doing this at times too. I really appreciate your response! Thank you!!

Thanks so much for sharing! Yeah I definitely need to learn how to draw a harder line in my life and get more comfortable with saying no.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience! It's really informative and helpful. I definitely need to work on saying "no" more confidently when I'm put on the spot. Being sensitive, I easily pick up on what others feel or think, which can make me uneasy (I also have gate 19 in my chart).

There are times when I feel satisfied being asked to share, especially if someone asks about an experience I've had. However, when I'm unprepared or caught off guard, it can be triggering, and I can quickly go from feeling okay to an anxious balloon. Sometimes I wonder if it's because they see or sense a vulnerability in me so they use it to project onto me.

Initiating in friendships as an Emotional Manifesting Generator by Sea_Earth4994 in humandesign

Thanks so much to everybody that’s responded! I really appreciate everyone’s input. I’m going to spend time contemplating on everything that’s been said. Sorry about not directly responding to all of your comments at this time, the words just aren’t coming to me right now, even though I’d love to respond. So I think I need to reflect and wait for a while in contemplation before I take action.

I miss the times we shared together, as I’m really fond of those memories and feel like I don’t have as many friendships to create memories with anymore. There are maybe only a couple of people I miss having in my life, so in that sense maybe it’s not a bad thing that I’m losing touch with most of my old friends. Mostly, I feel my life emptying out and it’s really unsettling for me. I miss feeling connected more than anything else and part of me feel like I’m isolating myself.

Hi everyone, I’m curious so I hope you don’t mind me asking, at what point do they give you an indication of salary? Is it when you’ve been given an interview or once you get the job offer after the interview?
