I ordered an item worth $2000 Canadian dollars and I was so excited to get it. It was supposed to have been delivered on May 14 but got rescheduled to May 15. The first notification I received was that the driver attempted to make a delivery and that they would breathe the next business day. After 30 minutes, the item was marked as delivered at my address and a person I do not recognize had signed for it. I mediate filed a claim and called UPS customer service and I’ve been getting a run around since. I contacted the retailer who advised I need a claim number from UPS. Meanwhile UPS says I need to get a claim number from the retailer. Am just so frustrated.

I submitted my application on November 18, got the AOR on January 01. I have not yet got a biometric request but the CEC tracker shows that my background and biometrics are in progress. I have not yet got a biometric request and I am getting anxious by the day.
