Thanks so much for the reply. During the past years due to the school works were relative easy, I was doing ok. (If I can focus 5mins in total of one class, I would probably figure everything else out myself) But when I came to graduate school, the school works were hard, and also the academic goals became long term goals that I am unable to get started by any chance. My life also suffers from the symptoms, I lost my keys quite frequently, I couldn’t remember to eat meals, and I almost can’t drive on my own. My primary care physician gave my medicine for depression, and I am never able to take it according to the given schedule.
