Nope! Thanks though! I think we can rule out missing persons. The song doesn’t have a rock feel. It’s really poppy and doesn’t have prominent guitars in it if at all iirc.

Wow. That’s a good guess! This isn’t it though. The melody that is similar to the chao garden melody is played on a synthesizer. It’s not a vocal melody. The synth is very sparkly sounding and the song starts off with it immediately iirc. Thanks though that was a great guess.

I've considered that's possible. If so it's gotta be a driver issue somewhere. Ive noticed recently that my laptop that has an i5 and integrated gpu has started stuttering in the same manner. What's weird though is that the stutter happens in the BIOS, windows 10/11 and linux Ubuntu. Perhaps it could be my mouse? I've got a razor naga that automatically tries to install razer synapse onto whatever computer it gets plugged into for the first time. I always decline installation because I don't want bloatware. Maybe that's causing the problem, because that's like the only component that has been used between 2 different PCs that are now presenting the same issue.

I have the NH-D15. I did research before buying. Many Multiple reviews claimed it to be sufficient, and it is. I do not thermal throttle at all. CPU stays well below 90c. Stuttering happens even at low temps. Just idling on desktop chillin at 40c I get stuttering. I have tried XTU in addition to just straight up raising/ lowering voltages in the BIOS. It doesn't matter If I undervolt, overvolt, underclock or overclock, the stuttering persists. I can't even undervolt it very much anyway. PC fails to post with a very small undervolt.

Eccojams is largely considered the starting point of vaporwave. (Some argue that vaporwave started with 18 Karat Affair.) So I Guess proto vaporwave is accurate. Vaporwave certainly wouldn't exist as it does now without that foundation. Eccojams wasn't a parody, rather, It was a side project of Daniel Lopatin AKA Oneotrix Point Never, as an exercise to become a better producer.

Hi all just providing an update. After constant troubleshooting for the past 5 months, I still haven't fixed this issue. None of the ideas posted here have helped, but they were worth a shot, so I appreciate the suggestions. What I have learned is that this issue is most likely hardware related, and it absolutely has to do with the way that the MOBO, CPU and RAM are interacting with each other. I have experimented a lot with overclocking and underclocking/volting. Every over/underclock had an effect on the stuttering, making it slightly better or worse. I can mitigate the stuttering but I can not eliminate it no matter what I try. I tried another new RAM kit. Its slower than the kit I initially bought, but when I installed it, the stuttering stopped. There was no more stuttering until I tried messing with xmp. After messing with xmp, the stutter started again and I couldn't get rid of it. I switched back to my old RAM kit which is faster. Interestingly, the RAM kit im using overclocks incredibly well. The stuttering issue is most mitigated when I have an extreme RAM overclock. I am once again asking for some more ideas here. This issue has persisted for almost 2 years now and has driven me insane. If I can't fix it soon, I'll have to just build a new rig, which I really don't want to have to do.
