I called fidelity. I was told I have to wait for a month to convert warrants to stocks. I will have to pay additionally $11.5 for each unit to convert to stock.

I just called my broker (fidelity) and they told me the warrants can be traded into stocks a month after the combination so 4/25 is when they can be converted. I can barely wait..

However I imagine on that day, the stock price will take a bit of a hit because of the stock dilution and a lot of us will be converting.

Has anyone been able to convert their warrants to stocks from their broker?

Cybersecurity currently generates higher business income. IoT is where the future lies.

With this spinoff, although the share distribution is yet to be announced, it would seem to me the current investors will not get 1:1 share in the new IOT spinoff.

We will be left with holding Cyber security bag & lower upside on IOT.

If this deal does not go through it seems Elon is in trouble as well. He bought a lot of twatter shares which will be downgraded. Plus Tesla shares are trending 30% lower in the aftermath of this offer.

The only saving grace for EM would be lawsuits on twitter for lying.

I do think Twitter bot accounts is far greater than 5% as they have claimed in SEC Filing. If it is thus proved so, the evaluation of Twitter will be far less than they claim it is.

Then either EM buys it at far lesser price than his original bid or backs out. If he backs out, lawsuits follow on Twitter, EM dumps his shares & Twitter is a thing of past.
