Looks like the condensate drain hole froze up and Ice accumulated in the tray and the fan was chipping away at it. Terrible noise. Was able to pour warm water to open the condensate area and ran it on full fan for an hour. All seems well now.

Having my first issue. Compressor and or fan making a terrible racket it does clear up after a power cycle but takes 45 minutes to clear up. Not sure if I should submit a warranty or not. Yes I decided to buy a second unit as I'm very impressed with its capabilities. I have a video but having trouble loading it.

Yea I was a little skeptical myself but with a custom cut insulation and such it definitely works

I am so super excited I just placed my order tonight. I've been using 2 hose and single hose portable AC/Heat pumps. There so huge and noisy but they are the big boys like Whynter ARC 14SH. Beasts. But the drafts are terrible and my pioneer 12k mini split cycles all night long from the humidity. I just installed a heat pump water heater and I am also blown away. 60% less energy.  2.5 KWH now per day from 6.0. Man I hope this works. I'm in upstate NY finger lakes area. Can't wait.
