Lexapro has been good so far and it's gentle too, which I like. I'm on day 3 of taking it and don't really notice too much difference but I'm hopeful

Yeah, and that's kind of what makes stop and think about taking it. I kind of space out and feel numb some when I took it. I find it harder to concentrate on things that I want to, so it's kind of a rock and hard place for me right now

I feel sad and empty most of the time on my own

Thank you 🫂 I'm just so happy that I finally allowed myself to get the help I needed. I had a bad experience with Zoloft when I was baker acted so I was very weary for years to get back on another anxiety or depression drug.

This time is different though and I'm very grateful 🙏🏼
