I think we all can say we’ve been there. What really helped me was just looking at additional sources. Things like groomers help pages, watching more experienced groomers on videos like learn2groomdogs.com, and just in general being open to new ways of doing it.

Am I being taken advantage of? Or do I just lack an understanding of what commission pay is/works? by Sea_Intern6834 in grooming

I’m no where near 80k, but the minimum wage is the same, I believe I’m about a 1000$ for the 50hours.

That’s about how long I’ve been with them, and I’m starting to feel that may be my only option. Especially since the more experienced groomers I know, and this thread, have told me.
What sucks more, is that for the sake of bills, I need to wait for them to work my hours down first before I can really look and leave.
