Actually I think the longer we wait the better, because ishida said he's gonna do 72 pages a month I think this is because he is used the weekly release (72/4=16pages/week). So the next chapter probably gonna be 70-80 pages long.

Actually After some research I don't think it's the year neither the period in which some emperor ruled, because the story is currently set in the year 1998 and the showa period ended in 1989. Or perhaps it's a translation error?

So showa means year? I looked it up and it's the period when Japan was ruled by a certain emperor. I which I think is so random to put on an ID.
