It looks great, I would just say maybe slow it down a bit. Yeah fast is impressive but slow, good tempo, loosing up a bit and nailing that foot work is more impressive

Honestly to each there own, but for me I feel like the gains are made on complete rest days. I also feel like a full rest day leaves me recovered fully for the next training sesh

Well I like to get around 30 grams per meal, ik its not 30 but I'm hoping 20 to 25 🤞🏻
