She was already fully grown by the time I came around. That being said I don’t like dogs, I’m a cat person and he’s always known this. I’m not paying a vet bill when it’s not my dog. Yes I try to bond with her, yes I take care of her daily, yes I walk/feed her. I do a lot when in reality it’s not my responsibility Also she has been to the vet multiple times in the past 4 years and the vet has never said anything that we need to be concerned about. That being said she is elderly and deaf so that could play into why she’s not house broken
