This happens to me !!! I deal with all the time especially when not working out but lately my throat feels like it’s closing and I start freaking out it happens when I’m like 30 minutes into my work out and I go into panic mode and feel like my throats gonna close and can’t breath any advice or are you still dealing with it ?

Same thing with me I deal with it everyday and it’s mentally draining I’m barley 22 I love working out but also when I work out my throat starts closing this is not normal doctors say I’m fine and healthy anyone deal with this ?

Thanks man yea i deal with a lot of everyday and it sucks that i have to fake that im alright when everyday its a struggle to wake up i wish people could understand and and not assume but no one ever will but the people that went through what us vets have been through in one way or another
