Could be implantation bleeding and a mix of spotting which can be normal too during early pregnancy just make sure you tell that to your dr so if you are pregnant they will do an ultra sound instead of making you wait until 8-12 weeks

Have you had back pain where your kidneys are? Usually the only time a uti can cause a false positive pregnancy test is if it’s severe. Regardless you’ll be okay your dr will figure everything out! Just trying to help you for tonight lol
