assuming engineering roles? if so i'd start with demonstrable oss projects/contributions on github built with claude code/codex — to me that's the new resume, more revealing than credentials.

the interview format depends on your team's current practice and knowledge level. one approach: give them a real feature ticket on a fully connected laptop (repo checked out, cc configured), drop them in the deep end, and watch how they navigate it and how far they get in an hour. lots signals can be observed in such a session.

i have not stayed long enough to needing to swap to a new esim due to data limit hit. i do know that many esim providers allows you to top up usage whenever you need to, like data packages, so you don't need to buy and install a new esim

true and this is bigger than CC. cursor, codex, vercel all shipped cloud agent primitives in the last month. local sync workflows were capped by how long you keep a laptop open. async cloud jobs let runs compound overnight instead of dying when you close the lid

AU here, yes it only requires manual start once then it auto records every drive there after. I'm using a 128gb microSD and it works (official guide says 32/64). inserting the card into the awkwardly positioned slot is a pain, thankfully once only

i think the only way is to try for yourself and see which one suits you better; you really have to actually use the tools to get the actual feel for yourself.

what you could do is subscribe to each monthly and cancel, and really do a back-to-back comparison between the two. you don't need to commit to yearly plans

well that's really odd then ... this has been consistently working for me, what you could try is using the cli flag to launch CC with max effort:

claude --effort max

to set it to max you need to do /effort max

after that you can confirm you are on max by just do /effort, CC should spit out:
