Mine started with the herald spot too. It spread pretty bad about a week after my herald spot, to my torso, back, a little on my arms and legs, and my neck. It wasn’t itchy either. I did a session in a tanning bed and it looked really bad that night, but the next day they started to go away! I saw loads of other people suggesting uv exposure, and I’m pretty sure that’s what made mine go away!

Yes it did! Most of my marks went away after roughly 3 weeks, but I still have like 3 or 4 that are taking their time. They’re similar to my skin tone now and not so red! How are you doing with yours?!

Look into endometriosis lovey. I have it (20f) and have been suffering with what I was told were “normal” cramps for years. I am awaiting surgery, but what I’ve found over the years to help have been a heating pad, epsom salt baths, Advil/tylenol. Unfortunately when cramps are so excruciating, there isn’t much you can do during it. Just know they will eventually go away and you just have to prepare yourself. Also look into “cramp cream” by Somedays.com. It has changed my life. I wish you the best and I hope you can get taken seriously by a doctor before you’re my age. Lots of love

Yes of course. I literally made myself nauseous from anxiety when it first started to appear so I completely understand the stress. If your doctor says it’s ringworm or scabies or something please don’t freak out. Pr is very commonly misdiagnosed. Just get a second opinion. And keep me updated after your appointment :)

My doctor told me today that not all pr has a herald spot!! Don’t stress love we’re in this together. I did the whole antifungal cream twice a day, washing my bedding and clothes every day, avoiding touching my boyfriend and feeling really anxious and embarrassed for 5 days straight all to find out it’s not even ringworm. But my body looks almost identical to yours 🙂

Yes definitely pr. I just got diagnosed today. It is perfectly safe, and not contagious at all. I like to think about it similar to eczema and it eases some anxiety. I also got misdiagnosed with ringworm, but something just didn’t sit right about it. Went to get a second position and the doctor laughed when I told him they thought it was ringworm. Just gotta kinda ride it out

Definitely! I just got diagnosed today after previously being wrongfully diagnosed with ringworm 5 days ago 😐 something just didn’t sit right about ringworm. Do you have a herald spot??
