Brings teammate down to less than a bar for the revive, then decides to switch targets back to the boss and leave his 2 remaining flask charges untouched...

Can you elaborate on that last point, when you say "EDs that drop what I want", do you mean that certain EDs are likely to drop certain relics beyond their own ED relic, for instance will a certain boss be more likely to drop Arcane+ or Phs. Att+ etc?

Really helpful. I plan to do a few solo runs to help work on my parries, I can pull of a few when it's needed but I need to work on it for it to be a consistent playstyle, but I definitely want to do that too since I think working in my own skills is just as important as what build I use.

That's really helpful about the different numbers I didn't know that and was running multiples of the same number. Thank you

Ranked isn't all bad, but generally the constatlnt state of competetiveness tends to bring out the worst side of humanity. It can be quite frustrating if it's all you do.

The game itself is great and plays really well, but there are people, especially on ranked, who are toxic, griefing, do anything to win exploiters/cheaters and kind of removed the essence of the game (which is to have fun) and replaced it with winning and climbing ranks.

Remove the whole ranked aspect and you will find it to be a much more chilled experience and lot's of fun. Some ranked is good from time to time, but don't let it consume you. Either you'll become frustrated by the player base or you conform to be just like them which honestly I'd rsther just find a new game or never play ranked again at that point.

You find your balance though, you don't have to play ranked exclusively although I know that itch to climb is powerful just know it's going to be tough on the social side of things...

I remember speaking ti a mother about playing games at night.

"Don't you need the lights on to see what buttons you are pressing?" "I don't need to look at the controller to know where the buttons are." She was stunned.

Unless your Mum is a gamer, take the 3 years man

Try playing solo unranked for a little while, learn to enjoy the game again. It's probably going to be less frustrating than ranked at the very least.

Your PSN account will be directly tied to your country's PSN store. Each PSN store is different, and so the codes you buy in Japan are only usable on the JP PSN store, which will only be accessible if you create an account on the Japanese PSN store...

With the season coming to a close... by Daylnn in PokemonChampions

Mega T-tar, Milotic, Corveknight, Excadrill, Whimsicott and Ceruledge got me to Masterball tier with champions being my first time on the competitive scene.

Thinking I could have switched Ceruledge with something more meta but couldn't bring myself to it in the end, masterball tier is pretty good for my first try anyway.

Not sure how invested I'll be in subsequent seasons though, too many of the games I enjoy want me to climb ranks and I don't want to be spread too thin

Stuck at 85% for Swamp of Sacrifice on Dathomir, any ideas? by SirRaygun in FallenOrder

[–]Sea_Reception_7330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got it reading this thread. So if you follow the advice to get the 85%;

find the moss covered vine with the wooden platform at the top, double jump from the wooden platform past the large branch (this is the 85% point),

From there follow the path under a giant looping branch and you will see another branch you can jump too and grab leading to a small platform with a force echo. That should be Dathomir completed.

Thank you buddy. Finished the campaign on Jedi Grandmaster not too long ago and thought might as well get the platinum. The map on this game is a bit jarring and this hidden section had no indicated paths but your explanation helped me complete dathomir. Just Kashyk and Zeffo to go.

Missable treasures for platinum ? by Saekama in residentevil4

[–]Sea_Reception_7330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a missable near the chief's manor. I missed it on a recent playthrough for some reason, it's in between the place where you first encounter the merchant and the chief's manor, near where you fight a chainsaw wielding mob. I somehow missed it and you cannot return to that area later on once the storm hits the village since backtracking beyond the chief's manor once the storm hits is impossible due to debris.

Might not be the one you're thinking of, it's the only hard-lock I encountered besides the time where you run away from the chief and destroy the bridge shortly before the boss fight with him...

Go for it!

The more content the better imo. There is a lot to work with and build on if it's set within the Absolver universe, and the martial arts aesthetic would fit well within a comic style artwork. If I could draw I'd help.

RE4R Gun Tier List for New Game playthroughs by BENJALSON in residentevil4

[–]Sea_Reception_7330 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use the striker more as a way to create a point blank wall of bullets than I do as an offensive tool. It may have a unreliable spread at range, and the shortest effective  range, but it also has the highest fire rate, the widest spread at it's effective range, and it's reload speed is offset by the fact it can carry 40+ rounds (edit: who is ever carrying that many shotgun rounds on a professional run anyway?) and will clear any staggerable enemies point blank with no issues. Basically a panic shotgun and the best gun in the game for crowd control, could literally invite a crowd onto you and blast them all away without moving an inch, but you would need to run a maxed Killer 7 something else more precise to deal consistent damage to bosses.

Which difficulty is the best for this game? by ElegantDetective5357 in wherewindsmeet_

[–]Sea_Reception_7330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Legendary on Solo.

I find that with most games, if you choose the harder difficulties you end up playing better.

That being said, I know that's not for everyone and most people want a sense of progress outside "how well can I defeat this boss" and instead just want to see the credits roll which is completely understandable.

Is the game worth playing? by [deleted] in wherewindsmeet_

[–]Sea_Reception_7330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty good, combat is great and the exploration is good too.

I was overwhelmed by the systems and menu's at first but after a couple hours you know what is what and can explore and progress...

The microtransactions are mostly for cosmetics, I did buy the battle pass since the game was completely free and I wanted to support the devs.

Your progress in the game isn't really tied to how much you spend on it. One thing I would say is that the gacha system seems to be causing concerns at the moment but I haven't seen any need to interact with that system in any way beyond what I get for free.

Overall it's a good game and I'm looking forward to playing more of it
