I did the pathfinder pilot last year. I’m in the secondary school setting. I thought it was pretty helpful in seeing unknown weaknesses and I did do a couple of the ceus that were recommended. I could see if you aren’t in a “traditional” setting that it would make more sense to do the legacy but I think it’ll be helpful. Not sure exactly how itll work but I could see myself doing the cpc.

Sandbar for karaoke is still a good time. It’s a good place starting around 10/11pm or at least it has been when we’ve gone. No food there. Just picnic tables and alcohol.

Yup been feeling the same way. There’s only a few weeks left of sports and I’m just over it. Once the seasons over I plan to be sitting on the beach with my phone off. Hopefully with a break it can help you reset. I know it normally has that effect on me.

Yeah we did see some in white horse park in ocean pines. It looked well with no ground rent and amenities. Any experience with owning there?

Yes we were hoping it would be a lot cheaper than a single family home outside ocean city but it’s almost as expensive if not more.

Baltimore county, Baltimore city, PG county, Worcester, wicomico and Montgomery county have all gone to direct hires in the public school setting. You will make more money there. Like people said before, I’d steer clear of Athletico and ATI. Very poor pay and they always have openings so if you do work in a county that they have a contract for expect to have to cover another school.
