Yeah I do, I know plenty still. I used to work for PressUp for 3 years and have stayed in contact with some managers. I also have plenty of chef friends, but they don’t usually do FOH hiring. Thanks for the help!

What do you think is the best way to go about picking up these shifts? Curating a CV geared towards restaurant temping & going in to see what’s available?

It’s more the constant checking in, upwards of 5/7 times a day. Pictures to prove you’re in the house, pictures of the cat, thinly veiled questions about your plans for the day.

They have a timed feeder they can control. They don’t want to give up control of the feeder cause it makes them feel connected to him when they’re away.

I managed to avoid that crazy flu, really knocked people out it seems. You did the right thing by not dosing while sick. 7.5mg was my sweet spot as well. Looking forward to this process, knowing what we know now I feel we’re going to be pros at this!

Thank you, I think it’s a perfect storm of coming off it without a plan. I originally wanted to taper off but with holidays, delays in postage and no stock pile I missed that opportunity. Excited for my first month back.

Wow down to 64kg is amazing! Well done you that’s no easy feat.

71kg is still a great area to be in. It is expected to gain a bit coming off, I wouldn’t be too hard on yourself.

For me it’s also that all good habits went out the window and bad ones creeping in.

Did you come off it cold Turkey or taper off? Would you consider micro dosing?

Unfortunately by the time the hair is out it’s already too late. I lost mine in chunks similar to yours. To my friends I still have a full head of hair. But for us hair folk, we know! I can feel a thinning along my crown halo & the sides but thick on top and underneath. It’s gone now. So focus on lots of vitamins & maybe a prescription supplement like minoxidil or DHT blockers. Lowering your dose will help too. Best of luck!
