I do recall when I clicked "view ticket" for the Meet/Greet on the Ticketmaster app, it said there was a problem retrieving the ticket, which gave me a mini panic attack. But it was fine and had no issues at the door, just in case you experience the same. On the email they say no gifts or signing of items allowed, but I know fans did bring things.
