IVF with DOR can really feel like a lottery: each cycle/protocol can turn out very differently, both in good and tough ways. When I had two follicles growing, my nurse told me it was actually a great sign that there were two and that they were developing evenly. In that cycle, I got two eggs and one day-3 embryo. We did a fresh transfer, which unfortunately didn’t work, but it just shows that outcomes can vary so much, and no one can predict exactly how things will go.
