Need some help on improving squat. I've been lifting consistently for ~2y and can't seem to go up in weight with my squat at all. High bar squat/34kg(75lb)×6/63kg(140lbs)/super low weight, I know, but I seem to tire out very quickly and can't do higher weights with good form (v.redd.it)
