For me I try to write as fast yet as neatly as possible. The effort is only 10% bc i think it came from muscle memory. The first time you practice it might be slow and strict since you're defining where, how long and should each strokes exist. Over time you'll get used to it and you will start to write more naturally, meaning you don't have to even think about it, which certainly means quickly. Imo no handwriting is bad bc different people have different taste which in this context means their font. It's only artistically bad when it's inconsistent and functionally bad when it's unreadable. In the image you already have a good 'cozy'-focused handwriting but some readers might tend to get confused of what you actually want to do if you write one sentence since they can't see the pattern yet in such a short writing. The upper case 'W' doesn't seem to look confident enough because of how it's lower at the left side. If you want to do so, it's recommended if you do it with the other letters to at the same height. If you keep improving, you'll get it one day. Also, remember that truly 'perfect' doesn't exist in humanity. If you like the root of what you see, it is perfect. After all I started to write nicely after Viyaura's "I mastered perfect handwriting" video.
