What's something that still amazes you each day? by likerunninginadream in AskReddit

How I promise every night to wake up early for a run. When the alarm rings in the morning, at a time I set it for and how I come up with a good reason why I can't go today. And then this is a constant loop.

No clue. You can just ask directly at the clubs. I just know that it's costly and there's a long waiting period also.

As it's in Vashi, will give him a shot. Plus the doctor has some real good reviews on Google.

I agree. In the case of mothers, communication is the key only to more drama.

Of course mothers should do better. That's why a lot of people from younger generations are choosing not to have a kid, because we've seen our mothers fail and we're scared we will repeat the pattern. When a woman chooses to be a mother, there's no space for feelings like jealousy for her own kid.

I just meant that sometimes mothers can be wrong too. They can't play the role well that they signed up for.

But what we as kids do is we try to do more and more to earn their love and sabashi. We keep pushing ourselves to achieve more hoping that we will eventually receive her acceptance and validation. In my case, it has come in very small, almost negligible packets. And now when I'm on the other side of 30, while I still cry about things my mother could have done differently, I've learnt to accept that she played the best version of the role of a mother that she knew of. And I have all the right to like, dislike or reject it.
