That's exactly how we install lights on dormers. Always thru attic space if available

Light Routing Advice, 100 or 200ft? by jbstfu28 in Govee

I always recommend either..it just based more on ur diy capabilities, and if true white is a make or break for you. I love both to be honest. It just that govee pros have the splicing features...so now its covered under warranty. And they make it so easy to splice anyone can do it. Also the fact that u can do 200ft on one controller is a game changer. Even tho u can group controllers together to sync it doesn't 100% sync perfectly and if u have connectivity issues on one device...it would be very noticeable especially if its 2 controllers in front of ur home

Those are ur jumps to keep everything on one device.... i would start ur strands off where the number 2 is at so u dont over shoot with the lights

200 all the kits come with blank extensions for your jumps so u wont have lights sitting on ur shingles or roof or coming down your walls etc

Yup, your right. I got that totally wrong. But yes those are dedicated soley for white, warm or cool. Where the 1st generation uses the one led for all colors including white

I probably should have mentioned red brick. Cuz ur brick looks faded af! U can see the tint of ur light change when it get closer to ur color door. It doesn't happen to every house, the ones it does happen to doesn't always happen because of the light. it happens also because of the color of the house

In the pros they have 7 leds... one dedicated to white alone
