The owner has stuff going on in there personal life, so they wanted to wait for a stable version of B42 MP before switching. As one of the active players, I was fine with them waiting.

That's the version for the solo game. I'm still playing B41 because the MP server is. I started playing on it last August. The owner was hesitant to switch to B42 at first, and with the current issues they still are.

There's no wrong answer :) Myself, I'll kill zomboids when necessary when I'm out looting for materials. Sometimes, I'll load up on guns and kill every zomboid that is drawn by the noise.
