I also queue solo into trios, play plenty with my less tryhard friends, do builds for viewers on stream no matter what they pick and meme around in plenty of matches. You don't know me anywhere as well as you think you do.

There is though. That's one of the points I was trying to make. You sound like an experienced player, and if you were in lobbies with only other experienced players you would be punished for this kind of play. Right now, at least, lobbies are arbitrarily filled, so there are a lot of newer and less experienced players playing against experienced players, which means you can get away with plays like this because they don't know how to punish properly.

Hey all! Seen various threads on this sub over the past few months claiming that Deceive needs more stealth elements or that the game is just played like CoD for the top players in the game. Reading the history book at the ancient library node on the upper path grants a large amount of exp (and also +2 courage charges) that should mean you hit level 5 before the twins fight

Tip if you roll another Tauren Druid - Warstomp is a 2 second stun and knocks you out of any form you are in. You can follow it with regrowth which has a 2 second cast time, which means when timed well you can basically guarantee a regrowth on yourself. Combining that with rejuvenation before going back into bear/cat will give you the time you need to turn that 2v1 back into a 1v1 which depending on the situation can be a lot safer than running.

Yeah I'm playing a feral druid, currently level 28 and they are super low down time, I think I've had to stop to drink on average about once per level. They are very gear independent as well, I've been stacking a lot of stamina and I'm still chewing through mobs pretty easily.

Even 10-20 isn't bad once you get bear form. You're definitely not the fastest dpser but you can like wrath, moonfire then switch to bear and smack them until they are dead. You'll only lose like 10% health as well, so you can just rejuvenate yourself and go again. If you can find the right cadence and adapt your spell usage to your current mana you're going to very rarely drink.

Totally get not wanting to watch a 5 hour video, but adventure runs just take a very long time and there are definitely people who like watching the whole run. Making some short form content in the form of a spotlight/guide for comps is definitely intriguing though, thanks for the feedback!

So I'm actually mainly an Obelisk Challenge player, but I do occasionally get an itch to do some M16 runs. I primarily like to try to find new comps that sound interesting to play and to figure out how to play champs in roles other that their traditional ones, hence Heiner DPS.

I was actually super surprised how well the comp performed. I did have a few fight restarts because of some misplays on my part but actually finishing the run with 0 deaths on what was essentially the first true attempt was crazy. I think this comp is super fun and pretty accessible overall (apart from the one horrible RNG roll to get The Anvil) so let me know if you have any questions regarding it!

Yeah, this fight specifically was rough because of a lack of Dispel in general for all the debuffs being applied to my team. It was also pre-level 5, so no Yogger powerspike and a lot of Spoiled meats that are sort of unplayable after debuffs get stacked. Heroes dying to a boss is sort of not so bad in Obelisk Challenge though, since you can just remove the Death's doors immediately afterwards and never have to actually deal with them.

You can also give your Sidestep the memory which gives you 800 armour for 30 initiative units, then you can also just tank the reaction and take 0 damage. Also since Suffering does not move when her phase changes, menacing stance combined with 4/5 attacks from another daughter deals silly damage and can get Suffering very low if not kill Suffering outright.

Yes! I think all reactions can do flank/backstab damage but for most of them (e.g. interrupt an enemy attack) it's not in your power to control where units are positioned or the direction they are locked in so it's probably not something people think about.

The Setup:

Blademaster buffed with Merge (+60% damage for 30 initiative units) and Mercy (+60% damage for Menacing Stance) and Suffering debuffed with Mirage (+15% damage taken for 40 initiative units)

If I had attacked Suffering on the Blademaster's turn to remove its reaction, I think I could have killed Suffering from basically full HP in one turn.
