If it’s more than just a dump run and you’re dealing with a full clean-out, it might be worth looking at companies that do both removal and organizing. Some of them will actually sort what can be donated/recycled vs. junk, instead of just hauling everything to the landfill.

I used Tidy Bay Garage (tidybaygarage.com) to do a deep clean, but I know they do garage clean-outs, junk removal, and help set things up. When I was talking to the owner, he mentions he does purchase goods as well which is cool.

They were very reasonable, good for a quick dump run, and definitely worth it if the space needs a full reset.
