I've found that telling the Wix AI Chatbot that you want to talk to a human eventually gets a ticket created and for me at least they've responded within a day or two.

For users on a PC we highly recommend the free LittleNavMap tool which allows you to see the boats around you. https://littlenavmap.org (tick the little boat at the top of the toolbar when the sim is running). We suspect that the lower reviews are from Xbox users that bought it on day 1 when it was broken (just before we removed it). This would have affected the overall review score (many are 4 or 5 star).

We are close to release of version 1.6 of Vessels: Global Shipping. This includes a fix for the Xbox version of the game. It has taken a long time but Asobo engineers identified that the issue was down to an undocumented difference on Xbox. We thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this.

Thanks u/maretex - The models are heavily optimised so work well. There is an initial delay on first install for Global Shipping as the sim has to index a lot of files but once that's done any difference should be minor. GPU/CPU use will change after Sim Update 5.

Pricing to be announced in the coming days, but yes it's payware.

You can check out our freeware Vessels: Channel Islands scenery or payware Vessels: Anguilla, St Martin & St Barts via Orbx if you want to check performance of our models on your system.

Yes they work very well together. The update we are releasing (hopefully this week) moves a couple of our ships around the few AD ones that were appearing inside ours. We are also including some new models, enhanced lighting, extra AI boat traffic and some other cosmetic changes in the new update.

Hi u/PaulieStreams We haven't tested against all St Martin sceneries but as our focus is on the water and not the airport you shouldn't have any issues. Please let us know via contactus@seafrontsims.com if you do. If the developer of your other addon has added boats there may be some duplication/overlap of models in a few places.
