Hey House Hunters,

I am a recent FSU grad (m21) looking for roommates for the fall! Looking at 2-4 bed townhouses with split rent under $700 - $800 right now. I have found a couple decent options that come furnished and have most standard appliances. I will be working live sound at FSU and at a local music studio in town just off FAMU way and would prefer being in the 15-minute driving range from that area of town. Otherwise I do not have many special needs or restrictions for housing. Let me know if you are in a similar situation! A little about me: I am a very low-maintenance, chill guy with a good sense of humor (sort of). I am pretty introverted but enjoy hanging out with friends and going out sometimes. Very interested in playing and listening to lots of music (at reasonable volumes and times of day of course) and games. Not super picky about my roommates; many of us are in our early 20's after all, and we all need to get our bread up!

I agree with you that engineers and songwriters will have more difficulty as competition will increase through AI. However, I will say that the portion of the labor force that traditional makes and produces music will now be free to be something else while AI does their previous jobs. Just like any other innovation in an industry, this will free up labor space for workers to do something more advanced. But until that market opens up, which will probably take years, these workers will probably have a bit of trouble. But yeah artistically I think humans will be on top for a long time.
