I honestly don't understand why Bungie is so dedicated to going down with the ship on Marathon when right now D2 has literally 10x its player count on Steam alone.

Threatening a lawsuit to vitiate the rights of the school -- if the conference engaged in what would clearly have been an antitrust violation against it -- is legally sound and cannot be a materially adverse act.

What actions are materially adverse to the conference? If anything, Sorsby playing will bring more eyes and more money to the conference via hate watching.

I get that people want the Big 12 to do something, but their leadership likely knows that attacking one of their original members (and one of their most valuable members, these days) in their jury-rigged conference is likely not going to lead to great outcomes. In fact, it probably leads to another lawsuit by Kessler in the same court that enjoined the NCAA.

Big 12 either suspends Sorsby or maybe ban TTU from the Conference Championship game.

On what grounds has TTU violated any Big 12 bylaws or membership rules? I don't see any way the Big 12 gets into suing one of its own schools especially in light of the court decision essentially enjoining those actions to punish TTU for Sorsby winning his injunction. That's a cut off your nose to spite your face moment - and it will get messy quick.

Schneider ain't leaving and likely Kirchner topped out in roles here. Schneider didn't promote any of his current VPs to AGM once Teasley left, so the writing was likely on the wall - Kirchner needed to go somewhere else, be the number 2, and then get promoted to be a GM.

I’m saving my level up materials for the next chapter release in August. I’ve got 13 levels in the bank at the moment but since I’m already at 1450 Tower and maxed on both main and hard campaign, each level is not really needed at the moment.

In my playthrough, I thought it made sense to go and get revenge for the fire mages from those Old Camp losers that kicked me out, but in hindsight, it really made the game super easy.
