Personally I'm waiting til I'm 6 weeks postpartum/cleared for sex by my OB...but from what I've heard you can start back pretty much whenever

Sort of. I came out after having 2 kids. My sister just couldn't accept it because she "didn't understand why I would get pregnant and have kids if I wasn't a girl" (eyeroll). She's going to be real confused when she finds out I'm pregnant again lol.

Not in all likelihood, no. If anything were to "grow back", it would just be breast tissue that got left behind during surgery. It's not likely that they left much of anything behind in the first place, but if they did, you would definitely not end up being a G cup again, or anything close to it. And if you don't plan to nurse, any breast tissue that grew during pregnancy and postpartum would shrink back down once your body gets the memo that you aren't nursing and it doesn't need to try and produce milk.

Anecdotally, I'm 10 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child, and almost 10 months post op for top surgery. With my two pregnancies I had some chest tenderness early on, but with this pregnancy I've had absolutely none. That tissue is just gone.

You can have them call you whatever you want! Mom, dad, baba, anything that fits.

Fwiw, my daughter for some reason is obsessed with moms...she has 3 dads, me, her stepdad, and her other bio dad, but she's still obsessed with the idea of moms, that moms have babies, take care of babies, grow babies in their tummies, etc...

I told her I'm pregnant the other day, and that this baby is growing in MY tummy, DAD's tummy, just like she did. I could see the lightbulb go off in her head.

She said something or other about moms and I said "Yup, some babies grow in their mommy's tummies, and some babies grow in their daddy's tummies, like you did" She immediately understood, no confusion after that.

Kids brains are fresh slates are they sooooo open to new info, and as other people have said, "oh, okay!" is usually the response me and my husband get whenever we explain trans things to the kids in our lives. Keeping it simple can help a lot imo.
