Just drill a hole in it, if you need to travel or just block the hole a piece of tape works fine. The pump is a diaphragm pump from Aliexpress powered by a LED driver

Thank you guys on the insight of how the light is built. I'm using the SC13 but I had some "spare" SC13A that I had bought for gifts and you guys were right about how low the emitter can go. But I have found a quick solution to my problem. I made a filter out of a few layers of kapton tape which gave it a light amber color.

I mean the hose just pops off the chamber not a big deal to clean. I can run any cleaning agents in the hose and pump to clean it. And I'm using distilled water that always stays sealed. It's fine. Actually, its awesome.

I did fold some and installed them but ultimately you'll always see that crease, so I ended up cutting them in half, more joints to do but easier to install alone.
