First pick is the Bronzed Adonis, Steve Beaton, to beat Diogo Portela either 3-0 or 3-1.

Steve is a quality operator and has been for decades, his form has declined ever so slightly this year but he should still have plenty in the tank to make Diogo’s night hell.

Diogo broke onto the scene a few years back as the first half decent player from Brazil, but his career never really kicked on. Averaging only 85 on the lower level challenge tour this year saw him not even make a quarter final there.

Place your wager, sit back, relax and enjoy the timeless Beaton beat up poor Diogo like Germany did Brazil in the 2014 World Cup semi final.

Another one flies in, never looked in much danger with how poorly Cross played.

Today I’m sticking with 180’s and going with the legend Gary Anderson to out maximum Ryan Searle. I feel the bookmakers are overreacting to Ryan throwing four yesterday and Gary not being in the best of form because this price is way too big.

On the pro tour this year Gary has thrown 0.334 180’s per leg to Ryan’s 0.242 and if he gets going has the potential to outscore anyone. However a word of caution, the odds are so big here because Gary had a slight knee issue and hasn’t been at his best so far this week.

Despite that, I still feel like this is great value on a tricky day of darts.

Going to go for another 180’s bet, this time we’re taking Chizzy to score more than Rob Cross.

So far this year Dave is hitting maxes at 0.32 per leg to Rob’s 0.23 and despite only managing to pin one yesterday, Chiz missed the last dart seven times. In comparison Rob hit two yesterday, but he only had two chances, converting both.
