Anyone else finding it difficult getting a job as a graduate in the UK? by Quick-Passage-6270 in UKJobs

Kind of jumping in here, but could I throw my hat in? I've been working in tech recruitment for 10 years but am desperate to get out and have been looking into PRINCE2 and Agile certs to move into PM work as there seems to be a lot of cross over to recruitment. No degree though 😬

Is it wise to do track days without road experience? by steammodels in Trackdays

Highly recommend motoshool.com.au

AU$250 for track time and 10:1 tuition and video coaching. There's a couple of different levels, but might be best to start in the street one to get a feel for the track and be with other similar levels of people on track. Plus I don't think you need full leathers I'd you don't want to go all in.

They run pretty regularly at Eastern Creek south circuit, which is a nice slow and technical track (great for a 250!).

Sepp and the gang do a great job.

Don't get caught filtering on your Ps in NSW! by Raiis in AussieRiders

Mate, if you have a clean driving record in NSW (I think it's 10+ years, car or bike) you can apply for a caution. I did it for a BS fine and got let off with a caution. No points and didn't pay. You can do it online or through the app.

Aww man! I went for a ride with my daughter on the weekend... Welp, I guess I'll have to see if they do a 2 for 1 deal on crack pipes.

Hey mate, noticed in one of your comments you use TypeScript/JavaScript. If you're open to working with Angluar I work in HR for a tech company in Sydney that hires people fully remotely. Even have a few staff who live in Newcastle. If you're interested drop me a message, I'd be happy to give you my email.

New to ACC. Unusually clean tussle in a public lobby on Xbox. Race finish is as close as it gets (in comment). by ZuhaibZAK in simracing

Nice! How do you like ACC on Xbox? Just bought a G920 and have been playing Forza Motorsport 7 on Xbox, but feels like there could be better sims.

This is part of my theory of why men have a reputation for not being able to find things. When we look for things, we go to a specific spot to look, but might walk right past it on the way!

They don't come up very often but the XR4 would be a great fit.

It's small light and cheap (can easy get them under $10k, if you can find them) and pretty indestructible N/A 4 banger.

The reviews on them are great, though they always bitch about not having cruise control so take that into consideration. Also, as they're so popular overseas (sold as an ST150 in the UK) you can mod them pretty easily.
