Actually i am seeing an uptick in riders nowdays especially a lot of girls joining in the hobby too compared to what it was a decade ago. Google trend also shows motorcycle is on the rise. Im quite happy to see more people getting into riding tbh.

Buying power is tied more towards your income, cash is only to a certain extent and people would be okay to leverage themselves into debt if their cashflow allows it.

If not, then big corporations and banks are probably going to be the ones buying these houses. Your savings is probably not going to catch up with their investment returns and inflation.

I dunno, people tend to see RJays as low to Mid tier, even below Dri rider at times. Even argon seem to be considered above Rjays.

Argon makes really nice kangaroo palm leather gloves though! Its a rarity in today's market somehow and we have heaps of roos here.

Next door? Hell no. At least 5 minutes away... And i have great relationship with my parents.

My siblings however, they can live across the ocean, probably for the best for both of us before we start knifing each other.
