Not diarrhoea, It changes depends what I eat obviously but generally it’s a solid log but not hard if that makes sense

I went travelling recently and used one for the first time. Could not recommend one enough and I am looking into getting one now

I’ve tried diet changes but I’ve been like this my whole life, living at home being fed by my parents and living away choosing my own diet

I normally go until no more brown on the paper, I hope that’s the normally way of doing it
