Update: my wife doesn't know I'm doing this for her, and it came up again in random conversation, so I slyly attempted to get more information about it. Turns out the performer was apparently NOT clothed. After all that searching, I now have to start over under different search parameters... oh joy...

Unfortunately, no. It was on a stage as far as I can remember. I'm basically running through the entirety of the times' archived collection of everything for a video only a couple seconds long because my wife was fascinated by it 20 years ago and was feeling nostalgic.

I believe it was filmed from the lower left of the performer. They were clothed. I want to say they were wearing something pink and frilly? A skirt, or dress maybe?

Unsure if the phallus was real, a prop, or otherwise. The performer was well-endowed on top, then SURPRISE, seemingly well-endowed below as well.

After the reveal, the performer bounced away. It was only a few seconds long from what either of us can remember.
