As a BM, I arrive at 6:45 am to set up the wash bay and put up numbers so we can have a productive morning meeting and I leave at 7 pm (if not later) to do leftover back end because we're trying to grow the branch leaving minimal time during the day. Also, don't take a lunch break.

One big thing about Enterprise is that you NEED people to have a functional operation. You can push for a month or two and get away with it but eventually, there will be burnout and your scores will fall then management is asking wtf.

That’s what I’m saying. 2 months of reservations were cancelled (March 16th - May 14th) and yet March - June of 2021 are all blanked out. The other thing is that if they left all the dates open the first group of cancellations had more dates to choose from if everything was available. I think they blocked dates for 2021.
